Love is in the Hair

21 Oct

Hi folks,

I do love this time of the year… autumn is firmly upon us… Halloween, Guy Fawkes & Christmas are just around the corner… eeeeeck!

However… with the cooler weather… comes the damp, rainy atmosphere. As a curly haired girl who tends to wear her hair straight… this can be an utter nightmare.

I dread washing my hair. I really do. It’s like a full on commitment. My hair is super thick, washing it, conditioning it… followed by half an hour of holding the hair dryer in place while I blow dry it. I always get so hot & bothered & I feel like the dryer just fry’s my hair. I actually read something really interesting about when you can tell your hairdryer is on its way out & all of the damage it can do to your luscious locks & the warning signs to watch out for. You can read the article from Which?, here. After reading this… it was so unbelievably clear… I needed a new dryer!

I am so completely in love with my new Shehair® Professional Hair Dryer

Why… I hear you ask… It has a powerful 1800-2000W professional-strength motor with Homogeneous heat to minimalise damage, delivering a high pressure air flow for super-fast drying, while reducing frizz and flyaways to give a smooth salon-style finish. It’s actually true!!! Because my hair is naturally curly, when I blow dry, my hair seems to go so frizzy. But after only 9minutes with this fantastic dryer… my hair was fully dry & it was so much smoother!!! Yes… it wasn’t straight, however, it was so much more manageable & took time off the hair straightening side of things.

Variable power and temperature controls, allow you to tailor your blow-dry to your hair type, while a cool shot button helps lock your finished style in place with a blast of cold air… keeping your hair in Tip Top condition. This is the first time I’ve ever blow dried my hair & not been sweltering. Normally I’m bright red & so hot. But even though I used my new dryer on the hottest setting… it still feels cool. And… I couldn’t smell burning hair… now that’s always a plus!

Ergonomical balance and design makes it a breeze to use & comfortable to hold for both left & right-handed users. It’s so lightweight. It makes blow drying your own hair so much easier! You also get 3 attachments as standard too!

I simply cannot convey to you just how amazing this hair dryer is & how much time it’s saved me. I also feel like my hair feels nicerI don’t feel like it’s so scorched anymore. Since having Ted, my hair hasn’t been great… I feel like it’s not looking as glossy. But with the help of some thick, nourishing shampoo & conditioner, drinking plenty water & now my amazing new hair dryer & gold styler from SHE Hair... I really feel like it’s getting back to its glossy former glory. I haven’t dyed my hair in over 5yrs & try my best to keep it in tip top condition.

This week, SHE Hair are launching their new Platinum Range… I simply cannot wait to try those. They look utterly stunning. Perfect for gifts under the Christmas tree!!!

If you head over to the SHE Hair social media pagesyou’ll see that they’re currently running a competition to win yourself a new Hair Dryer!!!

Thank you so much as always for reading & I do hope that you’ve found this review useful!

Staying Ahead with Good Planning

13 Sep

Hi folks,

I’ve been in planning & organising over drive lately. What with the start of the new academic year & Seth going back to Pre-School & everything that’s coming up with regard to events & celebrations… I’ve been furiously making lists etc…

I just couldn’t get by without my Personal Planner Wall Planner. It’s so perfect for busy family life when you’re juggling school events, work, appointments, etc…

This is the ultimate Wall Planner for a busy family. You get a week per pages & you can add family members & colour co-ordinate everyone. You can even add a photograph at the top of each column.

I absolutely adore stickers too… With your purchase, you get a free sheet of stickers, but you can also purchase more stickers from their online shop.

With the wall planner you can also add areas at the bottom for things such as: Menu/Meals, To Do List, Pre-School etc… it’s just a great area to add additional notes & memo’s. For us, it’s perfect having our planner to consult before booking anything in as you can see so quickly & easily what everyone is up too.

I’m a big fan of technology & I use my electric devices daily along with a virtual assistant in our home in pretty much every room lol, but when it comes to organising… paper & pen is always better. Personal Planner as a company make it all so very user friendly. If you create an account you can add all of you special dates, such as birthdays etc… they will automatically be uploaded into any planner you create with the click of a button. It saves so much time!

I’ve also got the Mini Planner too for my handbag. It’s literally perfect for keeping in your handbag when you’re out & about.

Just like the Wall Planner, you can colour co-ordinate everything & you can add stickers etc…

You can even add little fun areas like a little colouring image at the bottom of each page. I just love colouring in, but having 2 little ones to run around after – I never have time to finish anything. So these little images are perfect for when I get a spare 5 minutes. Yes… I am that sad lol. I just find colouring so relaxing with a cup of tea.

I love that the planners all come with an elastic to keep it closed whilst in your bag. There’s nothing worse than your organiser opening & getting all of its pages ruffled up. In each planner you’ll also find a plastic wallet to keep any important items such as receipts etc… as with the wall planner – you’ll also get your sheet of stickers. And… a removable ruler! Perfect to use as a page marker. I just adore everything about these stunning planners.

So… I have some exciting news!!! Personal Planner have given me a gift card worth £39.90 & valid until March 2020. I will be giving this gift card away to one of my lucky followers over on Instagram! Head on over to my Instagram Page now, to find out how to enter! I’m just so excited to pass on some Personal Planner sparkle to one of you.

Thank you as always for reading & I hope I’ve inspired you to get organised. In fact… why not treat your nearest & dearest this Christmas to the gift of being organised. You could gift them a planner or a personal planner gift card!

Love & huggles,

Hayley xxx

Candles And Giveaways

3 Sep

Hi folks,

Over the last week I have been filling my home with some lovely fragrances from the Classic Candle Company.

Whilst I was opening the box they arrived in, I could smell them. The scents are stunning… & that’s even before anything has been lit!

So… What did I receive?

  • 6 Mini Lights in fragrances: Berry Burst, Rose Petals, London, Relax, Classic Cotten & Colourful. Each will last 10-12hrs
  • Reed Diffuser in Orange & Anise. Lasts up to 12wks
  • Medium Jar in Belgian Waffle. Burns for 50-70hrs
  • Wax Melt Bar in Tiare Flower. Lasts for 48-60hrs

First of all… the one thing that stands out to me is the clean, crisp look of the products. With the wax being white & having a transparent casing, it just gives it an elegant feel & look. Any of these products would blend into any home decor. With other fragranced candle brands they may be coloured, which is lovely, but sometimes it deters you from certain fragrances if it means it won’t match your colour scheme.

With this lovely, clean white look… I can’t help but think of Wedding centre pieces.

Imagine a beautifully dressed room with these stunning candles all lit in the centre of the tables. It would look so elegant & it’d smell divine. Or, if not a wedding – a Christmas table. I think I’ll be getting one of the festive fragrances for the centre of my table on Christmas Day. Simple but stunning. This Belgian Waffle fragrance is beautiful. But then I do love sweet, foodie kind of fragrances. I lit this in my dining room & I could smell it all over the house. I have a 4 bedroom home too, so the fragrance had plenty space to spread out & try to fill. I can also say that there was no black smoke… with some cheaper candles I have found you can get a little black smoke. This was a nice clean burn. Also, with this candle almost being like a pillar candle, it doesn’t take long for the wax to pool & spread, giving an even burn – no tunnelling at all.

The mini lights are perfect for a little burst of fragrance. In no time at all after lighting, you’ve got an even pool of wax across the top scenting your room.

I’ve been lighting these ones on an evening once my little boy has gone to bed. I think my favourites have been Classic Cotten & Berry Burst. They’re all lovely… But I do love a fruity fragrance & you can’t beat that clean laundry scent.

These beautiful little candles would make amazing Wedding favours. Or Baby Shower favours; Baby Powder would be the perfect fragrance. With Christmas just around the corner too, these little mini lights would make a gorgeous little gift for your christmas dinner guests, or if you’re making your own crackers – they’d make a lovely little surprise.

I do love a wax melt, I’ve been melting the Tiare Flower wax melt bar in our kitchen.

It’s great that you can split the bar into 6 cubes & burn 1 at a time. This fragrance has been great for banishing foodie cooking smells.

If you’re not a big fan of candles, then maybe the Reed Diffusers would be perfect for you.

This fragrance is so stunning. Admittedly, this wouldn’t be a fragrance that I would choose, but it’s so fresh smelling. I opened this & popped on the windowsill in our office. When my husband came in from work a few hours later, he said he could smell it as soon as he walked into the porch. Our office is at the other end of the house. I think he got excited thinking I’d been baking some fancy cakes lol.

With the orange scent in this, it’s almost got a festive feel to it. It really is lovely & strong enough to fill the whole of my home. With so many fragrances to choose from, you could find the perfect fragrance to suit any room. One of the fresh classic fragrances would be stunning in the bathroom.

If you head over to their website, you can view their full range of fragrances & styles. They’ve actually just launched a new 2 wick candle too! Now here’s the exciting part… you can WIN a 2 Wick Large Candle worth £24.50 in the fragrance of your choice, delivered to your door for FREE!!! Enter HERE. Competition will close Mon 24th September 2018. UK Only.

If you can’t wait until then to get your hands on some beautiful candles then use code: ixxypoco at checkout to get 20% off!!! But be quick, as this discount will only be valid for 7 days!

Thanks so much for reading & don’t forget to enter this fab competition!

Looking Good Without Breaking the Bank!

9 Aug

Hi folks,

These days… we’re all on a budget… saving a few pennies wherever we can. So who wouldn’t want to look good on a budget? Everywhere we look we’re inundated with stunning celebs & models with perfect hair. I mean… does anyone have the perfect hair… naturally? I know I certainly don’t. Especially in this hot, humid weather! Well actually, by little boy has pretty perfect hair… but that’s beside the point.

Anyway… looking good on a budget. Who can remember when I reviewed She Hair UK last year? Well, for anyone who can’t remember & hasn’t heard of them… here’s a little background; Shehair, hair straighteners are manufactured by Unil Electronics Corporation – the ORIGINAL manufactures of the GHD hair straighteners brand 2001 to 2008! That’s right… the manufacturers of the original GHD iron. Below is my review from last year.

I was so excited when they got in touch again for me to review them. So… 1 year on & they’re still my favourite hair styling brand. They make 4 different irons:

I’ve embedded the links so you can read more & find out where to buy them. I love love love the pink ones… but I’m very much a pink girly girl.

The first thing you’ll notice when heading on over to their website is that they’re retailing for £54.99… that’s like half the price of the more well known brands!!! Normally when you need to invest in new hair irons you need to save up a bit… you have that inner convo with yourself about should you really be splurging right now? But at a price like that, you can buy a luxury without the guilt!

Now… as you all know I have super thick & super long hair that is very curly & frizzy naturally. My hair is much longer now than what is shown in the youtube video above that I did over a year ago. I shall enclose a before & after pic below. I have tried most of the big brand straighteners & none of them grip my hair the way I want them too. Instead they tend to snag & pull which isn’t good. The She straightener just grips & glides smoothly. My hair is so poker straight & shiny after using them.

I used the wide plate straighteners in the above pic. It took around 40mins from start to finish. Normally I’d be looking at over an hour with a pair of Cloud 9’s. For me, as a busy Mammy… any time saving is a winner. On a morning I’m looking at like 5mins maximum to get rid of any waves. But I wash my hair once a week & straighten from scratch. I only wash once a week, as my hair just does not go greasy. I put that down to how thick it is.

£54.99 sounds like a good deal doesn’t it? Well… what if I told you that right now you can get a further £10 off using the discount code: Summer ? I mean come on… £44.99 with FREE DELIVERY! Treat yourself & everyone else! The £10 off is for a limited time only… so get in there while its on! Hey, you could even stock up & buy some in as gifts for Christmas. You can access the web shop here.

So… not only is there £10 off right now with the above discount code, but they’re also running a competition on their social media pages to win a pair of Ice White Straighteners. But you’d best enter sharpish, as again it’s only on for a limited time! You can find them on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. You can enter as many times as you like!!! Closing date is 22/08/18.

So… what are you waiting for!!!!? Get buying! 🙂

Thank you as always for reading & I hope you’ve enjoyed this review.

MAM UK Goodies

3 Jul

Hi folks

We’ve been out in the lovely sunshine enjoying this amazing weather while it lasts. We’ve had walks to the park, picnics days trips to the seaside & visits to our local wileflife park.

Our new favourite must-have accessory for our picnics & days out is our MAM UK Sports Cup.

The great thing about this sports cup is that it has an anti leak attachment on the inside. It’s just a small silicone attachment which stops the liquid just pouring out of the spout if turned upside down. Something Seth likes to do frequently! So by leaving this attachment on it make it’s spill proof! Fantastic! As your little grows you can remove it. There’s also a handy lid to pop on while it’s in your bag. The sports cup is a great way to transition from a sippy cup.

The bottle tapers in at the middle making it easy for little hands to hold.

We’ve used this bottle so many times whilst being out & about. Seth has found it really easy to use.

Clean the bottle is so easy to clean & even easier with the MAM UK Soft Brush. The brush has a ‘teat’ brush on the end which is obviously great for baby bottles but also great for cleaning the spout on the sports cup. The flexible soft bristles also makes this brush non-scratch. It’s utterly fab. I wish I’d had this brush when Seth was still on bottles, we had a different band of bottle brush & it’s not half as good as this one. This soft brush would’ve made cleaning bottles so much easier.

I have added the links into this blog post of the products mentioned which will take you directly to the MAM UK online shop. Right now there are lots of discounts & offers on various products to suit all ages. Go check them out!

Thanks so much for reading & I hope you’ve found this review useful!

Catch Up Time

21 Jun

Hi folks,

I think we’re massively overdue a catch up. I just seem to be super busy lately… lots & lots going on!

So… first of all… we had an amazing holiday up on the Northeast Coast. It was so lovely to go away with family & just spend some time together. Newbiggin-By-The-Sea holds so many amazing memories for me when I was little… I always said that I wanted to take my kids there if I ever had any. So to see Seth & my niece playing on the very same beach I used to as a child was just utterly priceless.

We literally just relaxed while we were away… the most energetic thing we did was go for walks by the sea & play on the beach. I was super naughty though while I was away… I ate ice cream… I ate take out & I ate chocolate… yikes! 4 year ago I lost over 6 stone to help me conceive Seth. But… with pregnancy & bad choices… I’m 2 stone heavier than I was when I hit my target weight & I’m currently wearing a size 14/16. I’ve had a word with myself & I’m now currently back in the zone. I’ve been healthy for the last 2 weeks & I’m already 6lbs lighter!!! I WILL get back into my lovely size 12 clothes. I don’t do anything extreme other than drink plenty water & eat plenty veg, fruit & lean meats. I have been having 1 Lean Java Bean Coffee per day too… but thats another story for another blog post as I’ve been reviewing it. I still have treats such as a glass of sparkles or a slice of pizza… but I totally go by the rule of; ‘Everything in Moderation’.

So… I’ve holidayed… I’ve started back with my weightloss &… I’m going to be writing some reviews for the Doncaster Freepress & The Doncaster Star!!! My reviews will all be based around days out & eating out in my local area when you have a young family in tow. I’m super excited!!! I shall let you all know when they’ll be in print.

We had another amazing day out to The Yorkshire Wildlife Park on Saturday. We seriously love that place. We’ve now got an annual pass which is such good value for money. I love going for a long walk around the park then stopping for a lovely little picnic. The weather has just been amazing lately… it’s felt like we’re abroad on holiday. We get so few beautiful days with the sun shining in this country that we need to make the most of them. Plus… when the weather is sunny & warm, you automatically want to eat healthily. You just don’t fancy anything heavy or stodgy.

We have a lot of work to do in the garden in our new home, to make it just perfect. But, for now… it’ll do. We had some paddling pool & bubble machine fun this weekend. Seth absolutely adores being out & about. I’ll be writing a full review on all of his gorgeous new garden toys that we got from the Early Learning Centre. In our old home, we had very little garden at the back & hardly no lawn at all. It wasn’t ideal for Seth to play in  really. So even though our new garden isn’t massive… it’s a lovely size for Seth to be able to play happily. I just can’t wait to get all the decking sorting & some pesky wonky flag stones lifted!

There’s still lots that we want to do around the house to get it just right… for all we’re always super busy with parenting… work… socialising… etc… we’ve managed to get a lot of stuff done. Everything is unpacked & everything has a home. But we’ve decided that we want to swap the spare rooms over. So once that is done we should be pretty much sorted. Seth’s room is looking fab! It’s so colourful & it totally looks like a little boys room now & not a baby’s bedroom. Our room is starting to take shape… although I really want to paint it duck egg blue & pale pink. But I think that’ll have to wait till maybe next year as we have lots of other stuff to do. Once the guest room is sorted, the spare room then can just remain empty apart from Seth’s old SnuzPod & Pram etc… I’m hoping that one day soon it can be a nursery… but I guess we’ll just have to wait & see for that one.

I’m also trying to squeeze in my driving lessons too. As we have no local childcare here, I can only have lessons when Graham is home from work. So I’ve been doing lots of evening driving lessons. Ugh… I so cannot wait until I’ve passed my test & I can go car shopping… preloved cars though of course. I often just wish I’d learnt to drive when I was younger… but then I didn’t so it’s pointless really dwelling on it. At least until I pass, I have Graham to chauffeur us around lol.

I have loads of reviews coming up for you all… JoieMAM UKELCSeamore I Sea Bacon, Crabtree & Evelyn, Hey Like Wow, Lean Java Bean & Panda Life.

Wow… it’s really started to chuck it down with rain here… I’m thinking we could be in for a thunder storm… I mean it has been pretty muggy & humid all day… Seth’s curly hair has been wild with the humidity God love him lol.

Well… I shall leave my post here.

Thanks so much as always for reading… & thanks for sticking with me while I’ve been busy. I promise I’ll be blogging more frequently again!

Love & Huggles,

Hayley xxx

Glammy Mammy for Summer

7 Jul

Hi folks ✨

Well… Summer is upon us… Apparently! So what better way to look glam in the sun, than to treat yourself to some new arm candy!

I’m simply in love with LYDC’s new Summer collection. Being a new Mammy I need a bag that’s trendy, pretty… But above all… FUNCTIONAL!

I LOVE the new Stripe Sensation Cross Body Bag for £45! It’d be great for whilst pushing your pram/buggy as it’s totally hands free. But, with the top carry handle it also doubles up as a great bag for the office! It’s a decent size so you can get all of your Glammy Mammy essentials in there… Nappies… Nappy Cream… Lipgloss… Lol. A great add on to this bag is the Stripe Sensation Zipper Clutch for £21… Utter bargain!. Yes… It can be a cute clutch for a summers evening… But it’ll also be a great diaper wallet!!! Pop a few nappies in… Some travel baby wipes & VOILA! Cute diaper wallet to tuck under your arm while you’re hot stepping it to the baby change facilities!

The best thing about LYDC is that their designs are on trend, yet affordable. It’s a win win situation.

Looking Good on a Budget

4 Feb

Hi folks✨

Today I’m reviewing W7 cosmetics, who have kindly sent me a little bundle of goodies to test & try.

The little beauty bundle consisted of:

First impressions of these products purely based on their overall look & packaging – I really like them! The packaging is vibrant, trendy & does not feel ‘cheap’. I actually really loved the bronzing powder. The box reminded me of a more expensive brand we all know. The box is so lightweight making it andeal handbag must-have. It’s not gonna weigh you down nor take up too much room!

I love the little brush inside the box. The brush isn’t as slimline as you first think – which is great if you’re a lazy contourer like me. I’ve never gotten the hang of blending several shades of foundations on my face to accentuate my facial features. I’m more of a ‘whack some bronzer’ along my cheekbones kind girl. This bronzer box is great for that!

I really liked the big blush brush. It’s large, light & fluffy. I didn’t use this for blusher… I used this with some loose powder just to air brush some of that shine away that you sometimes get along your nose… well I do anyway. The brush was great as it’s not too compact making the powder disappear into it causing clumping that I’ve found with some other brush brand brushes. This is another great handbag essential for a quick shine away touch up throughout the day.

The Argan Eyes mascara was really lovely as a day to day mascara. The brush is nice & big to create to a lovely curled lash. With the bristles being rubber & evenly spaced, you don’t run the risk of having a clumped lash – now that’s never a good look. The brush allows you to apply quite a few coats evenly helping to achieve a longer fuller lash.

I simply loved loved loved the Chunky Lips lippy!!! It had such a lovely iridescent shine giving it a lip gloss kind of finish, but felt more like a balm. I never ever use lip gloss as I don’t like the feeling of it on my lips. But I love the look it gives. So this was such a great find for me. The colour ‘Spontaneous’ is a coral/red shade. But it isn’t too ‘in yer face’, so it’s great for everyday wear.  I sometimes find that lippy’s can collect in natural creases in your lips making your lip colour look uneven or highlighting if you have dry lips. This didn’t do that as it’s very moisturising like lip balm. Such a nice product.

So… my overall summary of the products I tried is that I LIKE THEM. It is totally possible to be glam on a whilst maintaining a sensible budget. All of the above items I tried are priced at a mere £4.95 each! I certainly would not be afraid to buy these products now. The packaging is trendy with an expensive feel making them an ideal gift for someone or a lovely treat to your make up bag. I am a big believer in ‘you get what you pay for’… this brand will not disappoint. I really want to try their eye shadow palettes now!!! I’m always being complimented on my eye make up – so I really need to try their palettes to check their pigments & any fall out.

There are plenty stockists UK based & International! I can’t believe that ASDA is a stockist! Buy your groceries & your make up all at the same time! Perfect!

You can also keep up to date with News, Trends & Competitions via their Social media channels

I hope you’ve found my review useful! I’ll be featuring a review of W7 on my website very soon! Don’t forget to keep an eye on my website for updates & where you can find me on social media: www.hayleythorne.co.uk

Thanks for reading as always!

Tea, Cake and Blogging at 5am

27 Jan

Hi folks ✨

Sorry for my lack of posts over the past few days… I’ve had a busy weekend & have been feeling pretty poorly after having my Whooping Cough Vaccination. I had Whooping Cough as a new born… So I know the importance of having my little one protected until he’s here to have his first lot of vaccinations 💙 I’m having trouble sleeping too due to pain… So here I am blogging ridiculously early.

So… What have I been doing…?

Thursday consisted of a lot of tea

I went for tea & lunch with Anna to my favourite little Cafè & Wine Bar – Otto. Obviously no wine nor sparkles were consumed. Although we did have like 3 pots of tea followed by lemonade! Since we had so much gossip to catch up on,  we stayed for lunch. They make the most amazing flat bread pizzas

Not the most ‘diet friendly’ of meals… But it was super yummy. Plus something hot was needed as Thursday was sooooo cold! I honestly thought it was gonna snow! However… It did not 😞

Thursday evening was spent with the Mammy & Daddy in Law who drove up from Liverpool to stay over night. It’s fair to say that they arrived with a LOT of gifts for Baby T 💙

Amongst the gifts was this beautiful Steif Teddy Bear from Hamleys. Normally I’d give him a name… But I think Bambino should be the one to name him when he’s here… & can talk lol 💙
Thursday evening I made a lovely healthy Chicken Jalfrezi for supper

Early Friday morning I was up & ready for my Whooping Cough Vaccination… Ouchie!!! To cheer me up, me & the hubster decided to treat the Mammy & Daddy in law to lunch at The Pastures… I seem to have been there quite a lot lately. The food is always so good though. When you find a nice place to eat you kinda don’t wanna venture to anywhere else.

I snaffled on fajitas

Once we got home after lunch, it was time for the hubster to pack his travel bag as he was off to London for the weekend with some freelance work. Everyone left together… So that left me & Coco to have a chilled few hours before my Mammy & Daddy arrived to babysit me for the weekend ❤️ I think everyone is scared to leave me alone now I’m pregnant… It’s kinda nice though 💙

More gifts were bestowed upon Baby T with the arrival of my Mammy & Daddy. The amount of time & love my Mam has poured into knitting him things is unreal. He has blankies… Sleeping bag… Cardigans… It’s all gorgeous! They’d also bought him toys… Toiletries… Loads! One item that stuck out as being super cute was his Beatles vest. Very apt with him having a Scouse Daddy 💙

Saturday was a chilled out shopping day. Obviously we needed to pop into Mothercare

Saturday afternoon was filled with tea, chocolate, gossip & films. Just what I needed. I miss my parents so much. I can’t wait till we’re living back in the Northeast 💕

Saturday night my Mammy & Daddy took me to my fave Indian restaurant for a treat meal as I’ve been so unwell really over the last few month – as you all know. They’re always so thoughtful & selfless. I was actually the worst hostess for the weekend with them as they had to make up their bed in the guest room… They did household chores for me… Brought me groceries lol… They’re utter stars ✨ love them to bits. If I can be half the parent to my little boy that they are to me – then I’ll be very happy 💙 simply the best is all I can say

By Sunday I was feeling pretty poorly with this vaccination… My arm had a massive lump which was so tender (still is a bit), I was throwing up & felt very headachey. So Sunday was a super lazy one. I think all I did Sunday was wash my hair. My Mam & Dad did everything else lol. They left in the afternoon so I only had an hour or so on my own (with Coco) before the hubster arrived home ❤️

My Mam had baked a cake for G as she didn’t get to see him all weekend… So he had this beauty to arrived home too.

Monday was a total write off really. I felt really under the weather… So I spent the day watching Netflix & feeling sorry for myself. But… My Younique Presenter Kit arrived so that cheered me up a bit!

In the afternoon I sorted through Baby T’s clothes… Cutting off tags etc… So everything is ready to wash over the coming weeks. That way everything will be freshly washed & lovely for his little arrival💙

Luckily I woke up Tuesday feeling not as grotty. Still headachey… But not quite as bad.

Yesterday marked 31wks 💙

Not long now until this little bambino of ours will be here for plenty of cuddles 💙

I decided to have a play around with all of my new Younique goodies. I decided I needed to be well acquainted with all of the stock so I can give the best advice to potential customers & for anyone wanting to join my team ✨

If anyone would like to purchase any Younique products or for info on joining my team, either comment on this post or message me via my Facebook Page

Yesterday afternoon saw the arrival of a gorgeous prize I’d won from Not Shabby Very Chic

They sell some gorgeous items! Great for gifts & great for treats to yourself! They’re also now selling a monthly treat box 🎁!!! How fab does that sound? You can find them on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. So don’t just take my word for it… Go view their items for sale yourself ✨
I also received some tea from Twinings to try

After the excitement of receiving my goodies… I headed to my Midwife appointment 💙

Then finally… Yesterday evening I made enchiladas for tea. As the sickness seems to have come back… I’m craving spicy food more than ever

So… That is what I’ve been up too. Rather long winded wasn’t it!? Lol.

I’d got some fab reviews coming up for Cleaves Candles & Valentte. I’m also being sent out some items from Barry M to try. So please keep your gorgeous peepers peeled for those reviews!

Thanks again for reading ✨

Love & Huggles,

Hayley xxx
