12 Weeks to Go…

7 Aug

Hi folks,

I hope you’re all staying safe during this crazy heatwave. I was enjoying it at first… but I have to say, now that my pregnancy is developing I’m starting to suffer in this heat. Talk about swollen ankles & bulging varicose veins. Oh the glamour of it all!

So… with only 12 weeks to go… It’s all full steam ahead here at Thorne Towers in preparing for Little T’s arrival. We’re currently on painting the kitchen, then it’ll be straight onto his Nursery. We have everything – we just need to paint his room & build everything.

Once everything is perfect & sorted in his bedroom… we have the most beautiful soft furnishings from Mothercare. I’m just so excited to see them in his finished nursery.

The quality of these stunning products is superb. I’ve already washed the fitted sheets & quilt ready to go onto the cot bed when it’s put together. They washed so well. It’s so important that anything related washes well! I mean lets face it… everything is just constantly in the wash.

I just love the design. The curtains are lovely & sheer & will look stunning with the roller blind I have chosen.

We have decided on the colour scheme of white & pale grey. So with the little touches of blue in this stunning set – it’s going to really pop. I can’t wait to take pictures of everything once his room is finished. Seth’s room is very colourful & has a space theme, so we wanted something a little different for Little T. Just so they had two different styles of room. Well, until they are choosing their own colour schemes.

Living where we do, we are surrounded by lots of lovely countryside & lots of beautiful ‘off road’ walking areas. So finding a travel system that will adjust from ‘city life’ to ‘county life’ can be a bit of mine field. Luckily for Little T…  he has the stunning 3 Wheel Chrome Journey in Khaki from Mothercare waiting for him.

I love love love this Travel System! It has suspension & shock absorption. The front wheel can swivel or lock – you choose which you’d prefer. It runs smoothly on flat surfaces as well as bumpy more uneven surfaces. Which is perfect for us. And yes… I have taken it on a little test drive already. Maybe I should’ve popped Coco in it for a little spin. Having said that… she is already a tad high maintenance… so I don’t really want to start giving her ideas lol.

The main features:

  • suitable from birth (in pramette mode) to a max. child weight of 15kg
  • comes complete with infant group 0+ car seat. The seat clicks on and off chassis to form a travel system using included adaptors. The car seat is suitable from birth to a max. weight of 13kg/29lbs (approx 12/15 months).
  • the infant car seat is installed in the vehicle using a seatbelt and must always be used in a rearward facing position. Also includes a wedge and liner to provide extra support for newborns
  • car seat with side impact protection
  • reversible pushchair seat unit suitable from 6 months can be attached forward or rear facing
  • lie flat, pram mode suitable from birth and includes pram liner and apron
  • 3-wheels
  • lockable front swivel wheel
  • large, detachable basket with magnetic pouch
  • detachable bumper bar
  • coordinating footmuff, chest pads and weathershield included
  • compact fold with removable wheels
  • coordinating change bag available separately
  • folded dimensions: h66 x w58 x d95cm
  • Free 2 year guarantee

I love the khaki colour, I’ve not seen any khaki prams/ buggy’s to be honest whilst I’ve been out. So I think this is what first caught my attention when I spied it at the Mothercare Press Show last year.

The travel system was really easy to assemble – that’s always a bonus. Especially in this heat! You don’t want to be getting all hot & bothered with an awkward pram. I simply love the adjustable push bar… there’s nothing worse than a pram with no adjustable push bar when you’re quite tall.

When Little T arrives, I shall of course be reviewing this lovely travel system again 🙂

If you’d like to purchase or simply read more about these stunning products – just click the links. Don’t forget that you can always pop into your local Mothercare store to test drive their Travel Systems. Try before you buy… make sure it’s the travel system for you.

I cannot believe how quickly the time is ticking by!

Thank you so much for being on this beautiful journey with me.

As always – thank you for reading! Oh & don’t forget that for daily updates you can follow me on Instagram.

Having A Ramble With the Amble

1 Dec

Hi folks,

We’ve been having a lovely time trying out our new Mothercare Amble Stroller.

Seth is super cosy in it & I think Coco likes it too 🙂

Where we live, we have so many gorgeous areas to go for walks. Me, Seth & Coco love to go for walks. It can sometimes be a little difficult pushing a stroller & walking Coco at the same time, but this stroller has a lovely one hand push. The steering is perfect with just one hand. That’s also handy when you’re holding a shopping basket & pushing the stroller. One hand push is a MUST! It just makes life that little bit easier… & I’m all for an easy life!

You can also feel the shock absorbing suspension when pushing the stroller. It’s perfect for going up & down high curbs etc… Seth has found it to be really comfortable. The Seat is really wide & padded. The stroller also fully reclines too. This stroller is suitable from birth up to 15kg. You can also covert it into a travel System with some adaptors to fit with the Mothercare baby carrier/Car Seat. Perfect!

For being such a substantial stroller it folds down really small. It is also free standing when folded.

It sits perfectly in our porch & takes up hardly no room. No one wants a huge bulky stroller taking up lots of room. If you have a small house or apartment with not a lot of storage – this would be perfect! It’ll also be perfect for travel. It takes up hardly no space in our boot when out & about. So if you drive a smaller car – there’s no need to think you need to upgrade to a bigger car… this is the perfect stroller for smaller boot.

Mothercare also make some lovely cosy toes that fit lovely with this stroller perfect for the cold weather.

Super snuggly for cold winter days.

There’s a lovely little feature that I adore. Underneath the seat on the bottom, there is a zipped pocket where your raincover lives! That means your basket is always free for shopping etc… I always find my basket is taken up with a raincover… well… not no more!

There’s a really good YouTube video to give you a full rundown on how it all works.

So… heres a little rundown of the main features:

  • suitable from birth to max. weight of 15kg
  • high quality, lightweight, aluminium frame
  • soft, padded seat unit
  • reclining back rest
  • adjustable foot rest
  • chest pads for your little ones comfort
  • large rear wheels and lockable 360° swivel front wheels
  • easy, one hand push
  • shock absorbing suspension
  • brake on both rear wheels for optimum safety
  • large shopping basket
  • hood with SPF50 fabric
  • travel system compatible using adaptors (available separately)
  • small, compact fold
  • free standing when folded
  • unfolded Dimensions: D92.5xW64xH101 cm
  • folded Dimensions: H48xW22xD66 cm
  • pushchair Weight: 8.2 kg
  • includes hood and raincover

The overall look of this stroller is absolutely stunning… it looks super expensive, classy & a bit of a head turner. We went to see the Coca Cola truck at the weekend & a lady in the queue asked me what brand it was as she liked the look of it… now it’s always nice to get a compliment & let’s face it… how something looks is always a big when choosing what to buy. With Mothercare you know you’re going to get top quality… without a ridiculous price tag. Also, with this buggy converting to a travel system – you’d save so much money. That’s something to think about if you’re a parent to be. Saving money where you can is essential when planning your new arrival.

Me & Seth will be reviewing the new Mothercare Journey Travel System very soon, if it arrives before our Christmas vacation, we’ll be able to put it through it’s paces in Sherwood Forest. There’s lots of different terrain to test it out on & I’m sure it’ll look stunning in the forest. So keep your beautiful peepers peeled for that one!

Thanks so much as always for reading!

Love & huggles & happy December 1st!

London Adventures and Mothercare Must-Haves!

23 Nov

Hi folks,

What a little adventure I had last week down in London for the Mothercare SS 2018 Press Show.

So… London… now we all know I’m not a Londoner. I really only head on down there when I’m attending a Press Show. Normally when I get there I either walk to the venue or I get a cab. But let’s face it… London is a rather large place & cabs are rather pricey… the most obvious solution is The Tube… yikes! The thought of travelling & navigating the tube on my own has always filled me with dread. But last week I decided I was going to conquer it! And I did! Granted, I only travelled 5 stops… but I still did it. And… when I arrived at the Mothercare Press Show the lovely folk supplied me with a glass of sparkles… so it was almost like a mini celebration of my little victory! Hurrah!

Little Bird & Prosecco… what a way to start the day. My days normally start with a luke warm cup of tea & Disney Junior… so last Thursday was a treat.

Right… so let’s get on to the fabulous new collections from Mothercare!

The new MyK Collection is just utterly stunning. I’m completely in love with the new bedding, rug & storage bin. If baby Number 2 ever happens for us… you can expect MyK bedding to feature in my nursery. I love the grey tones in the clothes. Grey is actually my favourite colour on Seth. Grey to me is always a very understated colour/shade. There’s something very classic about it all.

As always – the Little Bird range never fails to make you fall in love. The vibrant colours as always are utterly stunning. The new bedding is beautiful. The bedding would brighten up any child’s bedroom. I’m actually thinking of purchasing the rainbow rug for Seth’s bedroom as it’d fit so well with his multicolour theme. The detailing on all of the Little Bird clothing is always top notch. For me it’s the small details that make the outfit & also convey the quality.

So here’s some exciting news… imagine being able to have a Little Bird Stroller…

The sheer excitement I felt when I got to look at & touch these gorgeous strollers!!! Completely in love with them. Absolutely beautiful & really comfy. Not that I sat in one – but I did have a good feel & squidge.

More exciting news… who loves the Usbourne ‘That’s Not My…” book range? We do we do! Seth adores the books… we have oodles of them. Well… Mothercare have teamed with Usbourne & brought out the most gorgeous range.

I just love love love these little outfits! Gorgeous colours, beautiful design & lovely soft fabric. I really need to get my skates on with adding a new baby Thorne to our little family.

Smile by Julien MacDonald always delivers a lovely elegance. I love the pale pastel tones. For all the range is very elegant, it’s also very ‘wearable’ if that’s a word. Your little one will not only look gorgeous & elegant, but they’ll also be lovely & comfy. There’s nothing worse than a little one all trussed up in uncomfortable clothing. No worries with this gorgeous range though… lovely soft fabrics that just so happen to look beautiful too!

The new Mothercare Trends Collection has something to suit all personalities with; Trend Denim, Trend Little Explorer, Trend Nomad, Trend City Sailor, Trend Heritage & Trend Pom Pom. Lots of lovely colours & designs making sure that there’s something for everyone. No one is missed out in this fabulous new range. I loved the Little Explorer selection… this is just Seth to a T!

Now… let’s move on to Bags & Buggies!

Now, you all know the trials & tribulations I’ve gone through when trying to find the perfect changing bag. I just simply have never been able to find it! Mothercare have a new range that looks fantastic! I’m going be getting my very own Black Backpack Changing Bag to test, try & review… I’m super excited! I’m hoping that this could be the one! I’ll of course share my findings when it arrives. I’m also going to be reviewing the new Mothercare Journey Travel System in Khaki Green. Can we all just take a moment to appreciate how beautiful it is!? It looks perfect for all terrain usage. We live pretty much in the countryside surrounded by lots of lovely places to walk. I’m thinking the Journey will be ideal! We also holiday within the UK at Center Parcs etc… so testing this out on all the forest walks in Sherwood Forest will be brilliant! We actually go on holiday there in 4weeks!!! Again, I shall let you know what I think when it arrives.

After a thorough look through all of the new collections I went for a lovely Italian lunch with my lovely PR friend from Joie.

Keep those peepers pealed for another Joie Car Seat Review in the New Year!

After a busy but enjoyable day… I headed on back to Kings Cross – via the tube – and managed to catch 5 mins or so to have myself a small bottle of sparkles & a chance to make some notes on the day.

Dare I say… I actually love London a little bit!?

I had such a fantastic day. Please keep a lookout for all of the new collections being launched. You will not be disappointed! Mothercare is that household name that you know you can trust. The new collections will literally make you fall in love. Oh & why not head to their website for some Black Friday deals!? I mean… it’d be rude not too! Think of all the Christmas bargains you could bag!!!

Thanks so much as always for reading!

More Mirus Magic

27 Jun

Hi folks

As you all know, we’ve been on a little seaside getaway. I love holidaying in the UK. Especially with having a 15 month old… it just seems easier to me to holiday here. We can pack the car up with all of our essentials without having to think about baggage allowances. I just would not know where to start if I had to pack for Seth with having a baggage allowance hanging over my head. He has so much stuff that he seems to need every single day.

One of my most favourite everyday essential items is our trusty Joie Mirus. I know I have reviewed my Mirus before… but I just felt like I needed to talk about it again as it literally is the best stroller I have had… & I have had lots! Plus, when I am on social media the one question that seems to crop up time & time again is; “What buggy do I buy?” The Mirus! You buy the Mirus!

So… why? Why buy the Mirus? I use Seth’s buggy everyday. He does like to walk a little now, but his little legs get tired so quickly, so I always have my buggy for when he’s tired. The Mirus is super lightweight. Even with my back problem, I can fold this buggy with one hand & pop straight into the car. Yes that’s right… one hand fold! Every other pram or stroller I have had has required both hands. This is ideal for popping out & about in the car. I can actually lift this with one hand & pop straight into the boot. We have a Hyundai i30, so not a super big car & there’s still plenty room leftover for shopping. However, when we go away on holiday, we tend to pop this in the backseat footwell. When the Mirus is folded it stands upright. So it easily stands in the footwell. This means your whole boot is then left for luggage! Also, when at home I leave my buggy folded in the porch. It’s slimline so there’s still plenty of room. You can also fold it up when you’re dining out… so handy in busy restaurants.

I never liked the idea of having a stroller for holiday & a stroller for home. Seth likes his creature comforts – just like his Mammy 🙂 So, when he’s on holiday he wants his comfy Mirus. He adored long walks by the sea after funtime playtime on the beach. Well… I think he only stayed awake for all of 5mins. Seth falls asleep all of the time in the Mirus. In fact… if I want him to nap, I just take him out for a little walk & he’s soon nodded off. The Mirus has a lovely big hood to shade him from the Sun on hot Summer days. There are also lovely side bits on the headrest to stop your little ones head lolling off the side which could hurt their neck. You can also recline the seat. The Mirus will fully recline to a laying down position which makes it suitable from birth. You can also switch the push bar position to make it either rear or forward facing. I’ve only ever used it in a forward facing position with Seth being older.

The basket underneath has plenty room for your rain cover (Just in case!), changing bag, cardigan, snacks, shopping etc… The beauty of this buggy is that it’s well made & looks bulky & comfy, yet it’s super light weight & actually really slim. I can get into any shop & get down the aisles without causing utter mayhem lol. I’ve seen so many other parents getting wedged in an aisle because their buggy or pram is really wide. Another fab feature is the anti scuff brake No one likes a scuffed toe on their shoe. This brake works by rolling your foot back or forward. No toe flicking.

For me… this buggy just has it all… easy to use… comfortable… safe… & lightweight. We also have a Joie carseat. I reviewed the Joie Every Stage FX a little while back… I shall be reviewing again very soon as this is another thing that crops up all of the time; ‘What car seat do I buy?’. So keep your peepers pealed for that one! But, if you haven’t read my previous review, read it here.

Thank you so much for reading & I hope you’ve found this review useful.

Travelling with Mirus

26 Mar

Hi folks

As you all know – it was Seth’s first birthday last week. Eeeeeck! So, to make his birthday a little more special, we decided to take him away to Center Parcs for a little birthday holiday. We had such an amazing time.

Holidaying with babies is much different than when it’s just you & your partner. I mean… I thought I packed a lot of stuff before, but when you have kids its a whole new ball game! There’s just so much to pack! Since we don’t have a transit van, we have to neatly pack everything into our Hyundai i30… Clothing, Travel Cot, Buggy, Toys, Toiletries etc… I can’t tell you how nice it is to have a buggy that will fold (using only 1 hand) into a standing position that can sit in the footwell of the backseat leaving the whole boot free. Well… if you like the sound of that… buy the Joie Mirus. If you’re reading this having a bit of a Ground Hog day experience… yes…I have already reviewed the Mirus. But, I did promise you all that I’d continue to review the Mirus so I can cover every single little detail.

  • What did I love about Mirus whilst holidaying?

The best thing about the Mirus is how light it is but how substantial it is. So, when you’re on holiday, you don’t have room for your big bulky travel system as well as everything else you need to bring along with you. Well, we don’t anyways. So this buggy will fold using one hand & will comfortably fit in the footwell of our back seat. But for all it’s super light & very user friendly, it actually looks quite big once it’s folded out & Seth is sat in it. He also finds it super comfortable. You can full recline the seat & also, on the side of the headrest there are padded flaps either side so if your little one falls asleep with their head to the side they have support. The hood is always great for those unexpected Sunny days too. No need to carry a buggy parasol around with you for that just in case sunshine moment… the hood on the Mirus is so big that it’ll curve right over & pull right down to keep the sun off your little one.

  • Are there any special benefits?

YES!!! We eat out a lot, not just on holiday. But obviously while we were away – we ate out every single day. In restaurants you’re always limited for space, & once you have a highchair at the table & your buggy & all the bags you have to lug around with you when you’re a Mammy… you just feel like you’re hogging the whole place. So… how fab would it be to have a lovely little buggy that you can easily fold in seconds & tuck away snuggly to free up some space? I can’t even count how many restaurant staff said to me how brilliant our buggy was. Literally… one hand, click… it’s folded! No fancy footwork needed to press peddles… no fumbling around pulling levels & pressing buttons. One Mammy actually came up to me in Hucks Diner & asked what make our buggy was… where could she buy a one & how much. She was mega excited to get home & order one lol.

  • Could we live without it?

NO! As most of you know – I’ve had numerous surgeries on my back & on my right leg. I can’t really manage anything too heavy & too clunky. Our little Mirus is superb on going up & down curbs. Pushing it through Sherwood Forest on grass, paths, gravel, wood chip… you name it… it was a doddle. The basket is super spacious too for a buggy. So I’m able to pop Seth’s back pack in there no problem along with rain cover & any shopping I’ve picked up along the way. I’ve also got myself a buggy buddy clip to hang my handbag on. The push bar is comfortable & just a nice width too. Also, don’t forget that you can move the push bar to switch between forward & rear facing. I use our Mirus forward facing purely because Seth is super nosey lol.

Let’s talk money… surely something so convenient & fantastical must cost a fortune? WRONG! The Mirus retails for around £120. You can buy from places such as: Boots, Babies R Us, Kiddicare, Mothercare etc… Right now Mothercare have the Mirus on offer for £80! I spotted that this weekend.

If you’re looking for an everyday buggy that’s affordable, great for holidays & isn’t too big & bulky… this is for you!

I hope you’ve found this review useful!

Thanks so much for reading,

Meet Mirus

22 Feb

Hi folks,

Last week we received a beautiful Cherry Red Mirus pushchair from Joie. We’ve had lots of fun giving it a test drive. I’ve decided though, that rather than doing a one off review… I’m going to continue a rolling review. That way, I can give a good review on all aspects of it. I mean let’s face it… Pushchairs aren’t exactly pocket change, so you want to know that you’re getting the best value for your money possible. So… this post is all about my initial findings, then in 3 weeks time, we shall be taking Mirus to Centre Parcs with us. Also… Summer is fast approaching, so I shall be taking Mirus to lots of family days out to the seaside, farm & wildlife park! I’m also going to test drive it on public transport. Every single inch of the Mirus shall be covered 🙂

My first impressions… lovely lovely lovely pushchair. The Mirus can be used forward & rear facing by simply moving the push bar. Seth is at an age now that he likes to be super nosey… so we’re using the pushchair forward facing. A massive thumbs up from me has to be the anti scuff brake! I hate the fact that all of my shoes get scuffed on the toe from flicking the brake up. But the Mirus has a lovely brake with no need for ruining your fave shoes. The seat fully reclines making it suitable rom birth. There’s an easy to use handle/lever on the back of the seat making it easy to recline if your little one nods off & you want to make them that little bit comfier. I also love that it’s a one hand fold. I am so cack handed & clumsy – it’s unreal… and even I can fold the Mirus with just one hand. It falls into a fold position really easily & automatically locks into position. When folded, it stands up right. Great for storage! It will easily fit into small boots too. We have a Hyundai i30 & it easily fits in our boot, however, we popped ours in the footwell of the back seat stood upright. The basket on the bottom is a great size… much bigger than the Silvercross Pop basket. All in all… this is very lightweight… yet substantial. If you’d like to see more… watch a video here.

So… where have we been with Mirus? Where I live we have lots of small, little narrow streets & cobbles. I live in a pretty little olde worlde village. Big chunky prams don’t really fit well. Mirus has taken those cobbled side streets with total ease! The full suspension on the wheels also stops Seth from bobbing about too much. We’ve also taken Mirus to restaurants… coffee shops & shops. I’ve managed to navigate tight aisles with ease. It’s crazy because you think the Mirus is quite big with it being comfy & sturdy… yet its actually smaller & more slimline than you think. I find it easier to handle in a shop than the Silvercoss Pop. The length on the push bar is perfect too. I sometimes find that the bars can be a little short & I end up feeling as though I’m holding really down. I’m 5ft 8′ & the height is perfect. The wheels are in a great position too – there’s no falling over the wheels. I hate it when the wheels are too close to your feet & you spend the whole time kicking & tripping over them. This is really comfy to push.

Seth clearly finds it super comfy as he literally falls asleep every time he’s in it. I bought a universal footmuff for it for £10 off Amazon to make it that little bit warmer for winter.

This pushchair is also fully compatible with Joie 0+ infant carriers… no adaptors needed. So in effect… this would be the only pushchair you’d actually need to buy. So, if you’re on a budget, you could save money on buying big expensive travel systems. The Joie Mirus retails for around £99 to £120. This is a serious bargain, for what you get. Or you can buy it alongside the Infant carrier as a pack for around £160.

Overall… I can’t fault this pushchair… so far it’s been utterly flawless. I can’t wait to take it on vacation with us. I shall be sure to take plenty of pics on different terrains to let you all know how it fairs.

Thanks so much for reading & I hope you’ve found this review useful.

Christmas Travelling with the Pockit!

20 Dec

Hi folks,

Wow… what a busy few weeks! What with heading up to Blanchland for my gorgeous God Daughters Christening, holidaying in Center Parcs, Seth’s Christening in Durham & then having a magical trip on the Northpole Express. Pheeeew… so much fun… but super tiring!

Guess who came along with us during all of that travelling!? Yep you’ve guessed it… our trusty GB Pockit! Simply in love. I know I’ve already said it… but it’s just so handy!

Seth is a GB Pockit super fan! Doesn’t he look cosy!?

It’s been great for going out & about on our travels. We’ve been for a fair few meals out as you can imagine too. It doesn’t matter how close the tables are… there’s always room for our Pockit Stroller.

I even got my Dad in on the act! My Dad is a 6ft well made fella & he even found the Pockit to be fantastic!

When you’re travelling over Christmas to see family & you just know you’re gonna have a car full of Christmas gifts – the last thing you want is a huge buggy taking up room.

I can’t wait to take it on more adventures!

For stockists, please see the GB website here. Or, simply buy online! You’ll not regret it – we couldn’t be without ours now.

Thanks as always for reading!

GB Pockit Stroller

7 Dec

Hi folks ✨

Strollers! Where to start!? We all live such busy lifestyles these days. We’re always popping here there & everywhere. Wouldn’t life as a parent be so much simpler if there was a stroller that was so compact & lightweight you could get on a bus without running over people’s feet with your giant pram wheels? Wouldn’t it be so nice to have a stroller that’d not take up 75% of your boot space in your car? Wouldn’t it be great if your stroller could fit in to your handbag? Yes… that’s right… your HANDBAG!

Yes, that is indeed my handbag with a stroller in it. Please allow me to introduce you to the GB Pockit

The GB Pockit holds the world record for being the worlds smallest fold stroller. It’s so super lightweight it’s unreal.

I was so sceptical of this stroller before it arrived… surely something so small couldn’t be comfy!? I must say that Seth loves this stroller! We took it on vacation with us to Center Parcs. As you can imagine – going on a 7 day break with an 8 month old – you need a lot of stuff! We have a Hyundai i30… so not the biggest of cars. So anything that saves space is greatly appreciated. This stroller literally went in the foot well of the passenger side!

So… what is the stroller like to use? First of all – it folds very easily. I thought with it being such a small fold that it’d be difficult to get it folded correctly. Well, its actually very easy to do. I also thought that the small wheels would be a problem – wrong! They are great! We were holidaying in Sherwood Forest – Centre Parcs. We took this stroller on paths, muddy walk ways & ground laden with bark. The stroller worked on all terrains! Nothing got in it’s way! Seth seems so snug & comfy. Seth isn’t a crying kind of baby, but he does let you know ASAP when he’s uncomfy. He was happy sitting in his Pocket while cuddling his Monkey.

The basket underneath isn’t the biggest obviously – but it’s big enough to fit a few things in. We also hung Seth’s bag on the back with his essentials in no problem.

The Pockit is easy to steer & very manageable. I have a back problem (condensed disc in my lower spine) so anything too heavy or clunky isn’t for me. The Pockit is so nippy & light. We got lots of compliments from people also on holiday. Lots of people had never heard of it – but they do now! I think several people at Center Parcs actually went back to their villas to order one. This stroller is so essential for holidays & travel!

We’ve got some travelling coming up over the festive period & this stroller will be the first thing we pack. In fact – we’ve said that it might just live in the car. It’s literally so small that it takes up no room! It’s ridiculously handy for popping to the supermarket. You can easily get all of your shopping in the boot while this sits under the seat. It also fits into the overhead compartment on a plane.

I live in a ‘Ye Olde Worlde’ little village. The paths are very narrow – so this stroller is fab for popping down to the deli or pharmacy. When you’re in restaurants  – you don’t take up loads of room anymore with a clunky big pram/buggy.

This stroller retails for around £149.95. If you travel a lot visiting family like we do… or you holiday a lot… or you simply want a lightweight small yet comfy buggy for busy compact City Life… Then this really is the buggy for you. It’d be so great for when little ones are stating to walk. You can literally take it with you for when they get tired & want their buggy.

The Pockit is our new travel buddy – we love it!

Stay tuned for more reviews coming up about the Pockit as we travel over the Festive Period.

Thanks for reading & I hope you’ve found this review useful!
