Sunshine… Giggles… Gossip… Drinkies… & Bridesmaids

Hi Everyone,

I didn’t get round to writing a post yesterday as I had a super busy day. The weather was utterly stunning again ☀️ It was super sunny & super hot… Perfect weather for meeting up with friends for a catch up & a little drinkie ✨

We had a really unsettled night on Friday… Coco was a little poorly with a stomach bug. So we were up every hour with her. So as you can imagine we were pretty tired on Saturday morning. Thankfully though, Coco is feeling much better ❤️

So… Saturday began rather lazily with a cup of tea in bed & some chilled music

I’ve signed up to a 3month free trial to Apple Music… Already I just know that I’ll be signing up after the trial. I’m so glad I didn’t subscribe to Spotify & held out for Apple. It’s really good. I think me & the hubster will sign up to the multiple user package for £14.99 per month. Not bad considering we tend to buy CDs each month at like £12.99 a go… A massive saving in my eyes.
So… After a cuppa… I got a long shower & washed my hair. It’s such a chore washing my hair as its so long & thick & mega naturally curly. It takes around 2 & a half hours to dry & straighten my hair fully. After my epic mission of straightening my hair I got on with the task of getting ready to go out & meet up with friends

I’d literally not seen Sharlene in months… So I was super excited to get into town to meet up with her, Vicky, Kelly & Joanne (who I’d never met before).
I got such a massive surprise when Sharlene asked me to be one of her bridesmaids 👑 She’s getting married next August & I simply cannot wait!!! Ooooooo & we have a hen party to look forward too next July too!!! ✨

I love that Joanne thought I sounded just like Sarah Millichan lol. I guess I do really… I’d rather be likened to her than Cheryl Cole. I love it when people are surprised by me having a Geordie accent.

We had such a laugh & had a little wander round to a few different bars. I left around 9pm to every up with the hubster in our little village to collect some Indian food to have at home. The food from Mehfil was utterly stunning as always.

This morning the hubster got up super early to head off to Edale to do a hike with my friend Matt. I on the other hand had myself another lazy morning

Once up, I had a sausage sandwich & popped a chicken in the oven to roast for dinner. I’ve promised the boys that I’ll make them a yummy Sunday dinner for after their hike. I’ve also been doing lots of boring jobs like cleaning & laundry… But I guess it has to be done… Even if it is boring.
